Suggested values : Shake Count = 3 or 4 and Shake speed between 1000 - 2500.

Shake to Call is an Android App that lets you call up to 5 contacts. The app is designed to react to one particular type pf shake movement.
Hold the phone flat facing up the sky between your thumb along one edge and rest of the fingers curling along the other long edge. Now gently start shaking/moving side to side until you feel the vibration. If you do not feel the vibration then slowly increase the speed of shaking movement. The app does not react well if you shake/move the phone to hard.
Shake the phone till you feel the first vibration. Now if there is a phone number entered in the first place then the app will call the first contact.
If you like to call the second contact in the app then shake the phone(gently) left to right as described above until you feel the first vibration. Continue shaking to feel the second vibration. You can pause for a very short while between vibrations if you like.
If no more shaking movements are felt by the phone the phone will call the contact after 4 seconds.
